Watch Lance Mountain & Pat Duffy destroy a pool in 2003
Heavy outtakes from Transworld’s 2003 travel video “Are You Alright?” also includes footage of Donny Barley and the elusive Clint Peterson skating a DIY euro-gap and a soundtrack by Danny way.
Back in 2003 Jason Hernandez and Jon Holland packed way too many skaters into an RV, travelled the NW US for a month and documented everything resulting in the Transworld video Are You Alright?.
Hernandez has been digging through his tapes from this era for the last few TWS Vault episodes but this one in particular is great. Any footage of Clint Peterson is a treasure (truth be told I’ve only seen this video because I skimmed it for his footage) and his line at the park in the beginning is a thing of beauty. But, man, the night time pool session is just incredible. Lance Mountain was already 39 at the time and just dominates this session but Pat Duffy’s BS smith is incredible and Donny Barley gets it in as well (beanie hanging from the back pocket). Meanwhile the whole edit is soundtracked by Danny Way casually playing guitar in the RV.

MJ’s unused Pretty Sweet footage made for a pretty good video part on it’s own.
